Each capsule contains: Calcium 25 mg, Chromium 100mcg, Garcinia Cambogia 500mg (fruit rind) Extract (75% standardized hydroxycitric acid (HCA))

Information on bottle for suggested use: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) to two (2) veggie capsules with each meal daily. 
 

I have been taking 2 of the veggie capsules twice per day with my two largest meals. I have noticed a decrease in appetite and I have lost about 4 lbs while taking this supplement. The bottle will last about 2 weeks taking that amount. I have not experienced any adverse side effects and have had overall good results with this product. I recommend this product and give it a thumbs up!
