This is a set of 4 flexible cutting mats made of silicone for easy use and clean up.  They are color coded for: Blue/Fish, Green/Vegetables, Yellow/Fruit, Red/Meats.  Each mat has a handy grid pattern with measurements for those cutting jobs that require perfect portions and certain sizes.  These mats are great for those times when you don't want to get the big cutting board out.  These are about the size of a regular piece of paper (8"x12") and can be hung by the slots or would fit into a drawer for storage.  A dandy lil friend indeed, and every kitchen would benefit with a set of these to save prep and clean up time.  I recommend this set and give them a thumbs up!
